The majority of teenagers have little to no knowledge on wine and will naturally shy away from talking to customers about wine. Our training can give your staff the confidence to interact with customers and even recommend wines, ultimately making your business more money.

ONe off training

Great for training the whole team on fundamental aspects of wine, for example, wine service. A small amount of training can go along way and give your staff the confidence to talk with your customers about wine without embarrassment. These one day training sessions have proven very popular for big changes like a new menu, a change of wine suppliers or when a number of staff changes have taken place.


ON going Training

Ideal for supervisors, managers or key members of staff. On going training means we can move onto more complex subjects like salesmanship & wine pairings. This sort of training will develop a strong management team which can, in turn, pass their knowledge down to the rest of the team.

In particular this type of training has worked well with small independent groups.
